SAAZTZIKI est notre interprétation brassicole du célèbre tzatziki, imaginée en collaboration avec De Gebrande Winning, restaurant gastronomique à Saint-Trond. Cette Witbier acidulée associe concombre, aneth et ail des ours à un dry hopping de Saaz. Le résultat : une bière fraîche, herbacée, légèrement acidulée et étonnamment désaltérante, où l'inspiration grecque se retrouve jusque dans le verre.
